Cebu Coalition of Student Councils, also known as CCSC-HS, is a union of all high school student councils, governments, organizations, and student individuals, both from the Junior High and Senior High School Departments in Cebu, to form a solidarity that primarily stands on the welfare and the betterment of their respective institutions, as well as for their individual student bodies. The CCSC-HS, believes that through this, the different institutions and student councils, both from the public and the private sectors, may be able to improve their quality in education, promote better long-term service to their stakeholders; the students and the people, by exploiting the strengths and opportunities of the members of the coalition, sharing ideas and concepts that might help other student councils/government; moreover, to develop our servanthood leadership throughout our different student bodies.
